In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their sale and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.

Returns or Exchange Procedure:

You can return or initiate exchange by emailing info@vpop.in  along with clearly stated reasons for the issues as well as pictures if the product is damaged during delivery.


Conditions for Returns or Exchange

VPOP has a simple and hassle free return and/or exchange policy for damaged/broken products purchased from the Website provided following conditions are fulfilled:

The products must be returned to VPOP (E-11, 2nd floor, Defence Colony, New Delhi -110024) within 10 (ten) days from the date it is delivered to you.

Please check the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products at the end of the policy. VPOP may update this list from time to time and without any prior intimation to you.

The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, freebies, if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.

Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.

In the event that the product to be returned satisfies the VPOP Refund Criteria, you will be entitled to a refund of the consideration for such product which will be credited to the original account or mode of payment.

For any refunds initiated under this VPOP Refund Criteria, you must ensure that –

the product is returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, freebies, if any, and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product;

any product sought to be returned or exchanged, should not be used. Products that are found to be used or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange; and

Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, VPOP reserves a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.

Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
